Job Summary
Lead Trade Innovation architecture strategy by defining target-state roadmaps, establishing domain decomposition for microservices, and driving legacy-to-modern transformation using Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and Kubernetes. Own API-first design, event-driven patterns, and AI integration guardrails while ensuring secure-by-default platforms meeting banking-grade compliance and non-functional requirements. Run architecture reviews, maintain decision records, and lead the engineering community to coach solution architects and resolve complex trade-offs across speed, quality, and security. Partner with Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders to align architecture with enterprise standards and measurable delivery outcomes.
