Job Summary
Principalship at Our Lady of Lourdes School, Nollamara, WA. Lead Catholic education as the school’s Principal, serving as an authentic faith-filled leader who provides spiritual leadership, fosters a Catholic school culture, drives instructional improvement and equity, partners with families and parish, and ensures strategic management of resources and priorities in alignment with CEWA’s priorities. The role requires accreditation for Catholic school leadership, current TRBWA registration, WWCC, and a Master’s degree (or progress toward one). The successful candidate will oversee staff development, data-informed practice, inclusive education for EAL/D learners, and collaboration with the School Advisory Council, Parents and Friends Association, parish, and broader Catholic Education system. Required Qualifications
- Practising Catholic
- Accredited for Leadership of a Catholic School Community or equivalent
- Current Teacher Registration for Western Australia (TRBWA)
- Current WA Working with Children Check (WA WWCC)
- A relevant Master’s degree (or working towards completion)
