Job Summary
Lead client relationship management for workplace and interiors projects while serving as a trusted advisor to key accounts. Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, and building a strong market presence. Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with office and regional business goals, representing the firm in industry events, networking, and client presentations. Collaborate with design and delivery teams to position the firm for pursuits, proposals, and strategic wins, providing leadership in market strategy, revenue generation, and client satisfaction. This role reports to the Business Unit Director, Canada East, within Arcadis's Architecture and Urbanism division, focusing on operational efficiency and workforce optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture or Interior design
- Active professional license
- Substantial experience (18 years or more) in a discipline
- 10+ years' experience in an Interior Architecture consultancy
- Workplace design leadership
- Strong network
- Demonstrated success in client development and revenue generation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lead teams
- Strong understanding of the workplace sector
