Principal Workday HCM and Security Consultant

Job Summary
Lead consultant on multiple client engagements delivering Workday HCM and Security configurations, and building custom reports while providing post go-live production support for HCM and related modules (e.g., Core Compensation, Benefits, Talent/Performance, Recruiting, Learning, and Data Conversion). Responsible for collaboration with Engagement Managers, contributing to sales demos/LOEs, staying current on Workday enhancements and best practices, and building strong client relationships through exceptional service and execution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of Workday HCM and Security experience as the lead consultant at a Workday partner firm is required
- Workday Partner Certifications required: HCM Core AND at least one of these: Comp, Advanced Comp, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Reporting and Data Conversion
- Experience troubleshooting Workday Security and building custom reports in Workday
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and understanding of Workday processes and best practices
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
