Job Summary
Design our agentic experience and lead the move to AI-native workflows by driving design system adoption and setting craft standards across the product org. Define design direction for complex, multi-team areas through user-centric research and data-driven insights while collaborating closely with Product and Engineering to ship with urgency. Mentor the team through critique, pairing, and design leadership to raise the quality bar without formal authority. Work with 50,000 users and 120,000 devices to transform complex IT workflows into intuitive experiences, leveraging emerging tools to accelerate concept-to-production.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time at staff or principal level or equivalent scope.
- Strong portfolio of B2B product work, with a track record of leading discovery and research.
- Exceptional craft, creativity, and taste, consistently producing work that pushes product quality and brand forward.
- A proven track record of leading high-impact product work across complex, multi-team problem spaces, with strong product judgment and influence over strategy and direction.
- A history of raising the craft bar in others through critique, mentorship, and design leadership, without formal authority.
- Able to set the standards and principles that lift design quality across the product org.
- Able to think from first principles, not just apply standard UX process.
- A strong communicator who articulates design decisions clearly and influences without managing.
- Experience working closely with engineering and using emerging AI-native tools to evolve how products are built.
