Job Summary
Lead the overall academic, administrative, and operational functioning of the school by developing plans to achieve excellence in teaching and learning outcomes. Supervise and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff, conduct classroom observations, and oversee admissions, academic schedules, and examinations. Manage school budgets, fee collection, and procurement while ensuring compliance with Board and statutory regulations. Maintain infrastructure, foster relationships with parents and stakeholders, and drive institutional growth through co-curricular initiatives. Requires a Master's Degree with B.Ed. and 10+ years of experience, including 5 years as a Principal in a reputed CBSE/ICSE/State Board school. Located in Bharuch.
