Job Summary
Principal Training Coordinator at Thermo Fisher Scientific responsible for coordinating access to governed knowledge and coordinating training programs for clinical research teams. Manages training administration, content tracking and metadata, governance/compliance activities, and knowledge centers within SharePoint. Drives process standardization and operational excellence, supports onboarding and learning coordination, partners with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of training requests, and utilizes Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel) with Power Automate to optimize workflows. Requires strong facilitation, organizational, and communication abilities in a global, office-based environment; bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience or equivalent
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Global/work environment flexibility
- Experience with SharePoint and Power Automate
- Ability to design Power Automate flows or willingness to develop the skillset
