Principal Test Engineer

Define test requirements for new ICs in conjunction with the development team, write characterization programs, and develop production test programs. Design load boards for automated test equipment and perform GR&R studies, transient analysis, and spike checks. Correlate production test solutions to bench measurements and transfer validated test solutions to the production floor. This role supports the Hi-Rel Space Product and Test Engineering Group in developing radiation-hardened ICs for the space industry, working with a team co-located in Palm Bay, FL.
