Principal TEI Strategy & Planning Analyst

Job Summary
Develop and implement strategic plans for the TEI organization while monitoring industry trends to inform leadership decisions. Facilitate strategic planning sessions, measure initiative progress, and communicate updates to all organizational levels and stakeholders. Create persona-based communication strategies and produce content for intranet sites, town halls, and newsletters that articulate TEI's vision. Collaborate with Corporate Communications to execute communication plans and work with leadership to develop and track OKRs and KPIs aligned to Invesco goals. Utilize operational and financial data to provide actionable insights, manage leadership meetings, and coordinate special projects. Develop and execute a talent strategy to retain and develop high-performing teams, champion Agile ways of working, and organize learning accelerator events.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years related work experience
- Demonstrated success and experience in executing initiatives and strategies
- Proven ability with verbal and written communications
- Specific skill in creating and presenting presentations and other materials that translate technical information/solutions into easily understandable information
- Structured, detailed approach to work and disciplined time management skills
- Proven experience working in a collaborative environment and building strong relationships at all levels of the organization
- A bachelor's degree in business, communications, technology or related field of study or equivalent years of direct work experience
- Spending at least four full days each week working in an Invesco office
