Job Summary
Manage product development efforts for next-generation Tactical Communications, leading a cross-functional Integrated Product Team from early-stage concepts through accreditation and production. Execute the systems development lifecycle, including trade studies, requirements definition, allocation, traceability, integration, verification testing, and qualification. Manage program schedule and cost performance (SPI/CPI), generate the Integrated Master Schedule, and collaborate across engineering disciplines to execute milestones. Facilitate customer demonstration events and program reviews onsite and offsite, while leading bid and proposal efforts. Present technical and program data to customers and executive leadership. Requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance on day one, U.S. citizenship, and up to 10% travel.
Required Qualifications
- active, transferable U.S. Secret Security Clearance on the first day of employment
- U.S. citizenship
- degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- minimum 8 years prior relevant experience
- Advanced Degree in a related field
- minimum 5 years of experience
- 2+ Years Experience with the systems development process, including requirements capture, design, decomposition, integration, and verification/validation
- 1+ Years of proven leadership of large-scale programs throughout the full development lifecycle
- strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, SAFe Agile)
- financial tools such as Earned Value Management (EVM)
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance

- Prior experience in a space-related or aerospace engineering environment
