Job Summary
Drive large-scale, high-visibility cross-functional programs for the APEX Strategic Programs function, identifying and accelerating initiatives with quantifiable impact on revenue and market position. Translate business objectives into execution strategy, taking full ownership of project planning and delivery from conception through operations. Organize complex problems into prioritized milestones and success criteria, establishing governance frameworks and leading executive-level meetings to ensure surgical execution. Develop scalable processes and training while championing AI-native ways of working to increase team throughput and surface insights faster. Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and functional leaders to drive focus on strategic objectives, operating as an AI-native leader using tools to synthesize intelligence and direct AI agents.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience driving large-scale, complex global change initiatives and programs to successful implementation
- extensive competence and experience in the Technical Program Management space
- Bachelor's Degree
- Expertise in the enterprise software / SaaS industry
- Ability to see the big picture while being execution-oriented to improve operational excellence
- Effective communicator — written and verbal — who uses AI tools to draft, refine, and tailor communications
- Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and influence skills
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
Desired Qualifications
- preferably in Technical Program Management, Strategic Program Management, Mergers and Acquisition Integrations, Management Consulting, or Strategy roles
- MBA or other Graduate degree
- High energy, disciplined execution skills
- willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver results
- Work independently and be highly productive with minimal oversight
