Job Summary
Lead complex technology programs in the Consumer & Community Bank Core Engineering Solutions portfolio, overseeing multi-functional projects and programs that impact clients, employees, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic program plans, managing resources, budgets, and timelines, mitigating risks, fostering stakeholder relationships, guiding technology selections, driving continuous improvement, managing portfolio strategy and OKRs, establishing data-driven portfolio governance and reporting, creating executive-ready presentations, and orchestrating new ways of working across the portfolio with governance and accountability. Requires strong technical fluency, advanced analytical reasoning, and exceptional communication to translate complex topics into actionable, executive-ready narratives.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects and programs in large organizations
- Demonstrated proficiency in technical solutions, vendor product knowledge, managing vendor relations, and implementing solutions
- Advanced analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break down business, technical, and operational objectives
- Proven ability to lead through change, manage dependencies, and operate in high-pressure environments
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management and driving outcomes aligned with firm objectives
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complexity into executive-ready narratives, visuals, and dashboards
- Experience designing and operationalizing portfolio governance, including portfolio reporting, capacity and sequencing, and benefits realization
- Certifications such as SAFe, PMP, or PgMP (preferred)
- Experience leading multi-LOB transformations at scale within technology or financial services (preferred)
- Proficiency with portfolio tooling and analytics (e.g., Jira Align, OKR platforms, BI dashboards) for data-driven decisions
