Job Summary
Lead the evolution of Payments Technology standards on a global scale. Own, develop, and maintain global standards across the Payments Technology ecosystem; serve as the primary interface between federated and central architecture organizations; drive modernization, continuous improvement, and adoption of best practices; collaborate with technology, risk, and business leaders to embed standards in products, services, and processes; monitor KPIs and drive education and governance across regions; create architecture tooling and reporting to support governance, risk management, and standard adoption.

- Demonstrates executive presence and the ability to influence and engage at all levels
- Communicates effectively and build constructive relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Builds strong partnerships across business, technology, and risk functions
- Understands the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technology delivery processes
- Applies strong problem-solving abilities to identify and address issues, ensuring effective solutions
- Facilitates communication and coordination between key client groups and the Payments Technology ecosystem
- Organize and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously for timely execution
- Adapt and operate effectively in ambiguous, complex, and uncertain environments
- Influence outcomes and drive change across the organization
