Job Summary
Principal Technical Program Manager for Crunchyroll's Enterprise Technology team focusing on the Digital Content Supply Chain. Lead and coordinate ongoing technical projects and critical initiatives, drive daily technical execution across engineering teams to meet design milestones and delivery timelines, and translate business needs into technically feasible requirements with clear definitions and delivery criteria. Partner with engineering leads to align roadmaps with execution plans, identify cross-team dependencies and blockers, manage risks, and proactively clear paths to execution. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, demos, UAT coordination) to drive accountability and transparency. Create functional and technical documentation (process flows, APIs, integration specs) to ensure long-term maintainability. Lead daily project progress across meetings, scope, and reporting, and serve as a liaison to align goals and communications across teams. Experience with digital supply chain domains such as media asset management, content/metadata workflows, and enterprise technologies; streaming experience is a plus. Location: Dallas, TX (in office Tue–Thu). Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of software development experience managing complex technical programs in content/media, digital platforms, or SaaS
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Lucid, Smartsheets
- Experience coordinating UAT sessions and release/launch planning
- Experience managing projects involving Engineering, Product, and Operations
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
- Strong communication skills for executive updates and engineering stand-ups
- Experience with digital content supply chain, media asset management, content and metadata workflow, financial systems, or other enterprise technologies
- Experience with streaming (a plus)
