Job Summary
Principal Technical Program Manager within Corporate Technology, partnering with the Chief of Staff to steer multi-functional technology programs across the firm. Lead complex projects, manage resources and budgets, and drive strategic initiatives, governance, risk management, and change initiatives. Role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the adoption of AI/ML tools to improve productivity and establish governance for responsible use of solutions. Responsibilities include developing strategic technical program plans, aligning with organizational goals, tracking progress, facilitating decision-making with data-driven analyses, and ensuring alignment across the CDAS organization. The position requires senior-level program management experience, strong communication, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, large-enterprise environment.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management
- Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, program management, or technology leadership role
- Strong understanding of compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements in a technology context
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Advanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques
