Job Summary
Principal Technical Program Manager leading AI/ML data platforms initiatives. Develop and implement strategic technical program plans, align with organizational goals, and oversee complex technology projects and programs, managing resources, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks. Drive stakeholder engagement with clients and cross-functional teams, guide technology selection and tool implementation, and champion continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities and staying abreast of emerging technologies. Manage delivery of multiple AI initiatives, synthesize findings into clear customer-focused problem statements, recommendations, business cases, and risk assessments, and drive organizational structure and operational-practice improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management in large organizations
- Proven ability to manage complex technology projects and programs
- Proven vendor product knowledge and vendor-management experience
- Advanced analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead through change in high-pressure environments
- Advanced stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience in AI/ML, data ecosystem space is preferred
- Experience with AI/ML lifecycle: data discovery, data processing, model development, deployment, and monitoring
- Certifications in cloud AI/ML or related fields (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, Professional ML Engineer, AWS AI Practitioner) are a plus
- Experience with controls, compliance, and audit
