Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end ownership of AI/ML products across enterprise functions (Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Quality) as a Principal Technical Product Owner. Define and own the AI product vision and roadmap, translate complex business problems into AI opportunities, and collaborate with AI Engineering and Data Science to ensure successful delivery. Own the full AI/ML product lifecycle from use-case discovery through deployment and monitoring, establish AI-specific acceptance criteria, and maintain fluency in LLM patterns, MLOps, data platforms, and cloud AI services. Provide Scrum/SAFe leadership, backlog prioritization, and facilitation of sprint ceremonies; drive use-case discovery workshops, build business cases, and align stakeholders across multiple functions for value realization. Requires strong cross-functional partnership, capability in governance of AI initiatives, and experience delivering AI products in regulated enterprise environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field and 5+ years of experience
