Job Summary
Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to lead the narrative for Workday's Agent Platform — spanning agent governance, agent management, and agent interoperability. Develop messaging frameworks that resonate with CIOs, IT leaders, and enterprise architects; serve as primary marketing voice for executive stakeholders; monitor competitive intelligence and translate insights into positioning and personas; create high-value field-facing and technical content (sales decks, guides, thought leadership) and compelling demos; lead cross-functional GTM programs across Product, Engineering, and Events (e.g., DevCon, Workday Rising) to drive platform adoption. This high-visibility role requires strong executive presence, deep technical fluency, and the ability to distill complex technologies into a unified market-leading platform narrative with measurable impact across adoption, awareness, and enablement.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technical product marketing, with depth in platform, infrastructure, or enterprise AI products
- Strong executive presence: comfortable speaking with CIOs and IT leaders about their agentic strategy and how Workday enables it
- Demonstrated ability to distill complex, layered technologies into clear, differentiated narratives to drive adoption
- Operationally rigorous: able to drive processes, align cross-functional teams, and deliver outcomes at scale with precision and accountability
- Thrives in ambiguity
