Job Summary
Define the MomentiveIQ platform integrations roadmap, retiring legacy point-to-point connections and unifying the portfolio through a common data model. Collaborate with architecture to establish technical standards, APIs, and contracts governing product connections, while inventorying existing integrations to define migration paths. Work across product teams to identify shared patterns, consolidate duplicated efforts, and ensure clean data flow for customer information, behavioral signals, and AI-generated insights. Own the third-party integration framework to enable scalable, secure, and performant connection patterns for product teams. Use AI tools to prototype integration patterns, analyze usage data, and generate technical specifications, then translate complex architecture into clear narratives for leadership and GTM teams. Monitor platform adoption and reliability to drive investment decisions, staying current on industry AI patterns and integration best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of product management experience
- at least 3 years focused on platform, infrastructure, or integration products
- Direct experience building or managing a shared platform that serves multiple product teams or business units
- Experience defining APIs, data contracts, and integration architectures at scale
- Experience managing platform migrations: deprecating legacy systems while maintaining continuity for teams and customers that depend on them
- Experience with third-party integration strategies (partner APIs, marketplace connectors, data sync frameworks)
- Deep technical fluency: you should be comfortable reading architecture diagrams, reviewing API designs, and engaging in detailed technical discussions with engineers
- Comfort using AI-assisted development and prototyping tools to validate platform concepts and accelerate decision-making
- Experience navigating competing priorities across multiple product teams, with the ability to make trade-offs that optimize for the portfolio, not just one stakeholder
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical platform decisions into business impact
- Track record of driving adoption of platforms or shared services both internally and in the market
- Comfort operating with high autonomy in a role where success depends on influence across teams you do not directly control
- eligibility to work in the United States (without sponsorship)
Desired Qualifications
- Background in SaaS, multi-product platforms, or enterprise software preferred
- Background in the Association or Non-Profit space is a big bonus
