Job Summary
Principal Product Manager, Unified DTC Platform and Experience leads end-to-end fan journeys from storefront discovery and checkout through fulfillment and post-purchase. Defines product strategy across front-end and backend systems, owns Salesforce OMS integrations and related fulfillment/logistics interfaces, and drives platform-scale improvements. Leads a small team of Product Managers and Program Management, setting direction, mentoring, and aligning across Engineering, UX, Operations, and Customer Care to achieve measurable outcomes in order reliability, processing speed, and customer experience. Role is hybrid with three days per week in the Renton, WA office, and requires collaboration across multi-brand, multi-region eCommerce initiatives, including automation of high-volume workflows, self-service capabilities, and cross-functional platform integrations. Responsibilities include defining roadmaps and OKRs, coordinating with Analytics for performance insights, and ensuring compliance and financial reconciliation in OMS-enabled processes.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience in eCommerce, order management, or fulfillment systems
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce OMS, WMS, or ERP integrations
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Experience teams
- Demonstrated success defining measurable outcomes and driving improvements through data-driven prioritization
- Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills
