Principal Technical Product Manager

Job Summary
Own a full product domain, including strategy, roadmap, and long-term direction. Define and prioritize investments based on customer needs, technical constraints, and business impact. Lead and develop TPMs within the domain while acting as the senior technical product voice across the domain. Represent the domain in strategy and priority discussions, ensure high-quality product definitions, and make final tradeoff decisions on scope, architecture, and prioritization. Drive cross-domain alignment for complex initiatives and partner with sales, engineering, and leadership to align product investment with business needs. This senior role expands from individual features to full domain ownership within an AI-enabled product model.
Required Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in product management or technical roles
- Strong technical background (architecture, APIs, integrations)
- Proven experience owning product strategy and roadmap at scale
- Demonstrated ability to make high-impact product decisions
- Experience leading or mentoring product managers
- Strong ability to translate customer and business inputs into product direction

- Experience in payments, fintech, or enterprise SaaS
- Experience leading platform or multi-product initiatives
- Background in data, analytics, or AI-driven products
