Job Summary
Principal Technical Product Manager to lead AI-enabled transformation across engineering teams; own enablement lifecycle and adoption, drive AI-assisted SDLC practices, build real-time measurement infrastructure for AI adoption and delivery impact, bridge platform capabilities and team needs with reusable tooling, and translate AI capabilities for leaders, TPMs, and engineers across the full SDLC from requirements to delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or developer enablement
- Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle
- Experience driving adoption of new tools, practices, or platforms across engineering organizations
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLM APIs)
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct management authority
- Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences, comfortable presenting to leadership and engineers in the same day
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
- Broad generalist mindset across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and DevOps
