Job Summary

Lead greenfield market development for Digital Surgery solutions across Poland by mapping accounts, segmenting opportunities, and executing strategic sales priorities nationwide. Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end, from initial engagement and solution presentation through negotiation and contract closure. Drive adoption of digital solutions within the Operating Room by educating customers on clinical, operational, and workflow benefits while supporting clinical product evaluations. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across hospitals, including clinicians, C-level leaders, IT departments, and procurement teams to navigate complex multi-stakeholder processes. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support implementation planning, customer onboarding, and long-term account development. Address customer questions related to technical integration, data security, and compliance requirements. Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting, and develop strategic reference accounts to support future business expansion.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in MedTech, HealthTech, or healthcare IT
  • Proven track record in selling advanced medical technologies, ideally within the Operating Room environment, and/or enterprise software solutions for healthcare providers
  • Strong experience managing complex consultative sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and long decision cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with clinicians, including surgeons, heads of department, and other senior clinical leaders, using language grounded in clinical value, patient outcomes, and operational impact with a strong understanding of hospital environments, structures, and purchasing processes
  • Ability to work confidently with hospital IT departments and discuss topics such as hospital networks, system integration, HIS connectivity, cloud infrastructure, and data security
  • Knowledge of digital health implementation challenges and the technical considerations associated with streaming and storing surgical data
  • Experience navigating legal, compliance, and public procurement requirements related to innovative healthcare technologies
  • Working knowledge of GDPR, cybersecurity considerations, and intellectual property matters relevant to digital surgical solutions and video recording technologies
  • Valid driving license required
  • Readiness to travel extensively across Poland
