Principal Teacher - Guidance

We are seeking a highly-skilled Principal Teacher who leads and supports school improvement with a focus on improving life chances for all students. The role involves contributing to the strategic vision for the school, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to implement policies and drive a self-improving system across the Education community, and leading change to enhance curriculum and pedagogy. The candidate must demonstrate commitment to professional learning, model GTCS professional values, nurture equity and inclusion, build trusted relationships, support colleagues, and promote positive partnerships. The position requires GTCS registration, PVG scheme membership, and the ability to work within the senior leadership team to ensure positive outcomes for learners within Fife. The posting emphasizes leadership responsibilities, collaboration, and sustained improvements across classroom, department, and school levels. The contract is temporary for one year with a 35-hour workweek at Caledonia High School, Rosyth, Fife, United Kingdom.
