Principal TCAD Engineer

Job Summary
Principal TCAD Engineer role focusing on TCAD support for CMOS business lines (including FDSOI and FinFET) and device architectures. Responsibilities include applying commercial TCAD/simulation software to mimic semiconductor process flows and device performance, communicating linkages between Process Flow and Electrical Device performance (IV, CV, BV, SelfHeating, ESD, RF, LargeSignal), and collaborating with integration, device, and design engineers to deliver efficient solutions. Requires deep knowledge of VLSI fabrication processes and semiconductor device physics, expertise in TCAD modeling, and familiarity with eNVM. Hybrid work arrangement in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Required Qualifications
- PhD + 1-2 years, BS + 4-5 years, or MS + 2-4 years of experience
- Very good knowledge of VLSI Fabrication processes
- Very good knowledge of Semiconductor Device Physics
- Good experience and personal affinity to modeling in general and TCAD in particular
- Expertise in at least one domain related to CMOS fabrication or modeling
- Experience in eNVM (Flash, RRAM, MRAM) is a plus
- Ability to work in a team to solve complex problems
- Ability to understand the time-value of the work and meet timelines
