Job Summary
The Principal Talent and Organizational Development Consultant will lead and manage long-term strategies and plans to create an optimal workplace, partnering with HR and key stakeholders to drive data-informed initiatives that shape organizational structure, culture, and workforce capabilities. Responsibilities include developing and implementing workforce strategy and organizational design initiatives, collaborating across functions to align with business priorities, and driving growth and caregiver-focused outcomes within Providence's Talent Team. The role emphasizes leveraging data, insights, and stakeholder perspectives to influence future workforce models, roles, and structures while supporting a mission-driven, patient-focused work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Organizational Design, Industrial Psychology, Business, or other equivalent area of study Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8 years Workforce strategy experience and/or Organizational Development experience
- 5 years Organizational Design experience
- 5 years Demonstrated business management experience
- Proven experience in workforce planning, organization and development
