Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruiting across the company as a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner, owning hiring from headcount approval to close; leverage AI tools to draft job descriptions, build candidate pipelines, and tailor outreach; partner with executives to set hiring plans, comp scales, and pay equity; manage contract recruiters and external agencies; own recruiting data, reporting, and process improvements; recruit across technical, customer-facing, and operational roles in healthcare/SaaS within a lean startup environment; drive diversity and inclusion in hiring and shape interview loops and candidate experience.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting in healthcare and/or SaaS
- Strong generalist with ability to move between technical and non-technical searches
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience leading recruiting with limited support
- Executive-level credibility and stakeholder management
- Fluency with AI tools in recruiting and concrete examples
- Commitment to building diverse teams and inclusive hiring processes
