Job Summary
Lead modeling and analysis across programs, developing modeling and analysis solutions and coordinating with principal investigators, IPTs, and program management. Provide guidance, direction, mentoring and influence to engineers, fostering teamwork and execution in an agile framework. Some travel (approximately 10% domestic) may be required. Onsite role located in McKinney, TX. Requires active DoD Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship. Desired familiarity with sensors (RADARS, EOIR), C2, and resource management; proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, Python, and related simulation tools; strong technical writing and oral communication skills. Role supports Operations Modeling & Analysis within Raytheon’s ISMA organization and focuses on operational and mission analysis, system architecture, and advanced sensor performance to deliver capabilities for national defense customers.
Required Qualifications
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience working in Linux Environments
- Experience using AF SIM, Suppressor, Brawler, and similar tools
- Active DoD Secret security clearance required
- Onsite role in McKinney, TX
- Strong technical writing and communication skills
- Proficiency with MATLAB, Simulink, Python
