Job Summary
Conduct analysis, architecture, and design across the full system product lifecycle, from concept through disposal. Carry out functional analyses, trade studies, and requirements allocation to translate customer needs into hardware and software specifications. Oversee technical planning, system integration, verification, validation, and supportability analyses while leading bid and proposal efforts. Perform daily tasks within a classified and controlled lab environment with up to 10% travel. This role requires an active, transferable U.S. Secret Security Clearance and U.S. citizenship on the first day of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Active, transferable U.S. Secret Security Clearance on the first day of employment
- U.S. citizenship
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience with the systems development process, including requirements capture, design, decomposition, integration, and verification/validation, and transition to production
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance
- Travel up to 10%
Desired Qualifications
- Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Exceptionally strong communication skills, experience presenting technical data to program management and executive leadership
- Experience with tools such as DOORS, CAMEO or similar
- Software Languages such as Rust and Python
- Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering
