Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day systems analysis for Money Market portfolio managers and traders by collaborating with business and technology teams to define product vision, gather requirements, and align deliverables with strategic roadmaps. Lead the estimation of epics and stories, design complex solutions using Agile practices, and ensure all enhancements meet stakeholder acceptance criteria while minimizing financial and operational risk. Articulate key user benefits to technology teams, manage timelines, remove obstacles, and maintain production stability across geographically dispersed teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or above) in technology related field
- 6+ years of experience in business/systems analysis or product owner
- Experience working in the financial industry
- Experience with technical practices including test driven development
- Excellent communication, collaboration, organization, and planning skills
- Ability to execute autonomously
- Ability to act as a liaison between business and technology team members
- Ability to effectively manage risks/issues when they arise
- Strong analysis skills
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining large, complex, and dynamic products and solutions
- Proficiencies in workflow/context diagramming
- Proficiencies in value stream mapping
- Proven quality assurance skills
- Experience implementing best practices for automation
- Experience implementing best practices for manual test execution
- Experience implementing best practices for end-to-end testing processes
