Job Summary
Principal System Architect to design, develop, implement and test next-generation customer-centric solutions using Pega technology. You will partner with world-leading clients to deliver high-quality technical solutions across all phases of the software development lifecycle, demonstrate innovative ways to implement software solutions, mentor and train client resources in Pega technology, and leverage thought leadership to educate and enable clients on Industry and Pega Best Practices. You will collaborate with a high-performing Pega delivery team to ensure the solution meets or exceeds client expectations. Candidates should be a technically hands-on, highly organized professional with excellent communication, leadership, and the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions. Required Pega CSSA Certification and 7-10 years of experience in enterprise-scale delivery, along with exposure to a variety of technologies and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Pega CSSA Certification (must have)
- 7-10 years of experience building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions and applications
- Led end-to-end delivery of medium to large components of bigger solutions
- Experience with Application Servers, programming languages, relational and non-relational databases, and integration techniques
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented techniques and principles
- Delivery of solutions in Agile and Scrum methodologies
