Principal Supply Planning Analyst

Job Summary
Lead and coordinate Large Bore supply planning and Operations Planning processes, including SAP/IBP settings updates and planning strategy development. Own ramps ups/downs, Lean projects, and inventory reviews; guide other supply planners to optimize plant coordination and resource use. Resolve high-level customer issues related to supply and substitutions; ensure compliance with corporate policies and local procedures. Must have strong MS Office/ERP (SAP, SAP IBP, Power BI) experience, change/project management skills, and a solid supply chain understanding. English proficiency required; results-driven team player with cross-functional collaboration abilities.
