Principal Structural Engineer (Water)

Job Summary
Lead or support structural engineering across multidisciplinary water infrastructure projects. Manage design for pipelines, sewer networks, pump stations, and water-retaining structures. Provide structural input for proposals, support business development, and drive integration of Digital Engineering. Conduct condition assessments and mentor junior engineers. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, over 10 years of experience including at least 5 in the water sector, and RPV / RPEQ registration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of structural engineering experience
- 5+ years in the water sector
- RPV / RPEQ registration
- Chartered status
- Excellent communicator with strong client engagement and technical reporting skills
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, environmental responsibility and quality
