Job Summary
Principal role focusing on Streaming Strategy & Operations for Disney Entertainment and ESPN’s Product & Technology. Responsibilities include driving OKR-setting and performance measurement for Streaming Product & Technology leadership, surfacing insights from data, coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to optimize performance, supporting leadership reviews and governance (Product Reviews, Weekly Stats, OKR Grading), and partnering with Communications and Workplace teams to plan large-scale events. Requires strong analytical and storytelling skills, expertise in organizing complex data, experience with SQL and BI tools (Tableau/Looker), and a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with executive-level communication. The role demands a senior, cross-functional collaborator capable of influencing without direct control, with a BS/BA in a related field and a track record of driving measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in ProdOps, Strategy, or Analytics roles within technology companies, startups, management consulting, or professional services
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with ability to organize complex data into clear narratives
- Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets and SQL
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker (or similar)
- Experience defining and measuring OKRs, KPIs, or other success metrics
- Proactive self-starter with a bias for action
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams with high attention to detail and executive-level communication
