Job Summary
Conduct structured analysis, business case development, and operational execution planning to support enterprise-level strategic initiatives focused on platform transformation and AI-enabled business operations. Translate strategic priorities into measurable initiatives, KPIs, and execution roadmaps while identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improved effectiveness. Develop executive-ready presentations, strategic narratives, and leadership materials for internal and external audiences, synthesizing complex information into concise insights for board discussions and analyst engagements. Track and govern strategic initiatives, milestones, and deliverables through data-driven reporting, dashboards, and operational summaries to support leadership visibility. Collaborate across technology, product, operations, finance, and business teams to drive alignment and execution in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. Partner closely with senior leaders to shape strategic priorities and drive operational follow-through across high-impact programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 8+ years of functional experience
- 5+ years position specific experience in management consulting, strategy, transformation, business operations, or related field
- Prior experience at a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent)
- Advanced PowerPoint and executive presentation development skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities including modelling, data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and structured problem-solving capabilities
- Experience supporting executive leadership and high-visibility business initiatives
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and influence stakeholders
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution and follow-through
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check
- Role based in Irvine, California with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule
