Job Summary
Develop and deliver insightful, value-added strategies addressing complex client issues in patient-centered outcomes research. Lead sales efforts to drive revenue, oversee delivery teams executing projects, and provide intellectual direction to clients and staff. Establish new business relationships, identify expansion opportunities for service offerings, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives through speaking engagements and publications. Mentor team members, engage in recruitment, and remain current on industry trends to anticipate new business challenges.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in pharmaceutical consulting within a Professional Services business with evidence of career progression
- 7+ years of experience developing and delivering multinational strategic consulting projects in patient-centered outcomes research
- Demonstrated expertise in the design, development, and customization of Clinical Outcomes Assessments (COAs) for pharmaceutical clients
- Proven track record of serving in sell and deliver roles, fostering client relationships, leadership and people development
- Ability to engage clients and direct project teams on patient-centered research and the associated methods, in a meaningful manner with depth of content knowledge
- Strong experience in Patient Centered Outcomes research projects and knowledge of Clinical Outcome Assessments regulatory and scientific guidelines
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including presentations, chairing meetings, external conference presentations, workshop facilitation, business and report writing
- An entrepreneurial nature and interest in developing custom, strategic client solutions and the capability to deliver the same
- Bachelor's degree required
- Willingness and ability to travel
