Job Summary
Lead client/project leadership and operational oversight for complex strategy consulting projects within Patient Centered Solutions. Develop and deliver value-added strategies addressing intricate client issues while driving revenue through sales efforts, proposal responses, and solution building. Oversee delivery teams, provide intellectual direction, and mentor staff to foster professional development. Identify expansion opportunities for service offerings and new business leads, contributing to thought leadership initiatives and community building. Remain current on industry trends to anticipate client challenges and support continuous improvement of the PCS function.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in pharmaceutical consulting within a Professional Services business with evidence of career progression
- 7+ years of experience developing and delivering multinational strategic consulting projects in patient-centered outcomes research
- Demonstrated expertise in the design, development, and customization of Clinical Outcomes Assessments (COAs) for pharmaceutical clients
- Proven track record of serving in sell and deliver roles, fostering client relationships, leadership and people development
- Ability to engage clients and direct project teams on patient-centered research and the associated methods, in a meaningful manner with depth of content knowledge
- Strong experience in Patient Centered Outcomes research projects and knowledge of Clinical Outcome Assessments regulatory and scientific guidelines
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including presentations, chairing meetings, external conference presentations, workshop facilitation, business and report writing
- An entrepreneurial nature and interest in developing custom, strategic client solutions and the capability to deliver the same
- Bachelor's degree required
- Willingness and ability to travel
