Job Summary
Lead complex, cross-functional critical initiatives from concept through implementation, partnering with Deal Desk leadership to reduce friction across pricing, contracting, and commercial processes. Identify and prototype practical AI solutions that improve analyst efficiency, including developing the AI Skills Marketplace to serve as a global repository of reusable AI skills. Build frameworks, playbooks, and operating rhythms that scale beyond individual projects while maintaining visibility and delivery health across the initiative portfolio. Partner with internal and external technical teams to drive implementations and explore new technologies that help the Deal Desk scale ahead of the business.
Required Qualifications
- 6–10+ years leading critical initiatives, business transformation, operations, consulting, or program leadership
- Experience supporting SaaS quote-to-cash, Deal Desk, pricing, contracting, revenue operations, finance, or commercial operations
- Experience applying generative and agentic AI to solve real business problems
- Track record driving cross-functional initiatives and building scalable processes, frameworks, or governance models
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
