Job Summary
Principal Strategist to support the Finance Operations and Spend Management organization by developing vision, strategy, and objectives. Responsibilities include Strategic Planning & Performance Management (OKRs, benchmarking, target setting), Operational Governance & Policy (Policy and Process Management), Business Intelligence & Reporting (designing and overseeing metrics and quarterly reviews), Financial Stewardship (budget management and T&E strategy), and Transformation & Global Strategy (global location strategy and collaboration with the Finance Transformation Office). The role blends analytics, planning, and consulting to inform strategic decisions and requires communicating with senior executives and guiding cross-functional initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience with growing levels of responsibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent degree required
- Master’s degree preferred
