Job Summary
Lead strategic sourcing for global IT infrastructure categories including data centers, networks, and AI hardware/software. Develop and execute mid-to-long-term procurement roadmaps with business and technical teams to enhance cost efficiency and supply stability. Manage end-to-end sourcing processes, from supplier discovery and evaluation through RFP/RFQ, bidding, contract negotiation, and fulfillment. Drive procurement transformation initiatives to improve governance and operational efficiency while ensuring business continuity across Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Security stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- IT Infrastructure Procurement, Strategic Sourcing 또는 관련 분야에서 10 년 이상의 경력 보유
- 데이터센터, 네트워크, 서버·스토리지, IT 하드웨어·소프트웨어 등 IT 인프라 카테고리 조달 경험 보유
- 카테고리 관리 (Category Management), 전략적 소싱 (Strategic Sourcing), 공급업체 관리 (Supplier Management) 전문성 보유
- 대규모 계약 협상 및 공급업체 관계 관리 경험 보유
- 다양한 이해관계자와의 협업 및 복잡한 프로젝트 리딩 경험 보유
- 비즈니스 수준의 영어 커뮤니케이션 역량 보유
Desired Qualifications
- AI Infrastructure (GPU, Compute, Storage) 또는 클라우드 인프라 조달 경험 보유
- 글로벌 기업 또는 대규모 IT/Tech 환경에서의 조달 및 소싱 경험 보유
- Procurement Transformation, Process Improvement 등 조달 혁신 프로젝트 수행 경험 보유
- 가격 분석, 원가 분석, TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) 분석 기반의 비용 절감 성과 창출 경험 보유
- CPSM, CIPS, PMP 등 구매·조달 또는 프로젝트 관리 관련 전문 자격증 보유
