Job Summary
Principal, Strategic Partnerships IT at GM leads IT diligence and post-close workstreams across acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, joint ventures, strategic investments, alliances, and wind-downs. Acts as a trusted advisor to GM leaders on transaction and partner technology matters, owning end-to-end governance, risk assessment, and operating model design, with responsibilities spanning Day 1 planning, integration, separation, and secure data sharing. Requires 8+ years of progressive IT experience across multiple domains, and strong influence across executive stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred. Role may be eligible for relocation benefits. GM does not provide immigration sponsorship for this role.
