Principal SRE

Principal SRE responsible for reliability engineering, architecture partnership, performance and observability, platform automation, and incident management. You will partner with engineering teams to design resilient services, define SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, incident response), drive automation and tooling to reduce toil, and mentor engineers on production ownership. The role emphasizes building scalable, observable systems using cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers (Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), with emphasis on CI/CD, meaningful alerting, and blameless post-incident reviews. Occasional visits to Coimbra office are expected, with future expansion of offices in Aveiro and Porto for collaboration.
