Job Summary
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budget forecasts for large-scale equipment installations in manufacturing facilities. Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, production, and procurement teams to align objectives, identify milestones, and manage critical paths. Oversee installation processes from start to finish, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Review engineering drawings, conduct quality assurance checks, and manage project budgets, expenses, and financial reporting. Prepare contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure seamless integration of new equipment into existing operations.
Required Qualifications

- Clearance Type: Secret
- Valid driver's license
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs
- 3 years of experience in Project Management methodologies and tools, including Gantt charts, project management software systems and risk management
- A minimum of high school diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Project Management or the following engineering field: Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, Aerospace, Aeronautics, Electrical, Process, Production & Manufacturing
- OR Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in mentioned fields
- OR Masters degree with 3 years of experience in mentioned field
- OR PhD with 1 years of experience in mentioned fields
- A minimum of high school diploma or GED and 11 years of experience in Project Management or the following engineering field: Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, Aerospace, Aeronautics, Electrical, Process, Production & Manufacturing
- OR Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in mentioned fields
- OR Masters degree with 6 years of experience in mentioned fields
- OR PhD with 4 years of experience in mentioned fields
Desired Qualifications
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred
- Experience with large-scale equipment installations in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for equipment installation in manufacturing environments
- Ability to obtain Secret level clearance
- Experience with presentations to leadership, executive and or management
- Experience in aerospace industry
