Principal / Sr. Principal Engineer Energetics Manufacturing

Manage projects and coordinate all procurements and installations to meet program cost and schedule requirements for capital upgrades. Provide engineering design support for the Facilities Engineering Department, including designing mechanical piping and instrument diagrams (P&IDs) for chemical plant systems, preparing design calculations and specifications for major equipment, and developing schedules and work assignments. Check design deliverables against industry codes, contract requirements, and company standards while coordinating with engineers and craftsmen to review work progress. Troubleshoot industrial mechanical equipment and resolve field problems through technical assistance with Maintenance Craftsmen. This role requires a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off and is 100% onsite in Magna, UT.
