Job Summary
Integrate new equipment and programs in a state-of-the-art Near field Digital range, developing software to automate test processes and data analysis. Troubleshoot digital and RF issues during advanced antenna system testing, analyzing data to identify early trends and supporting program meetings for root cause and corrective actions. Collaborate with design engineering for hardware, controls, and test improvements while creating test support applications using MATLAB. Conduct Test Readiness Reviews and concept development for integration and test activities, ensuring performance testing and requirements verification for digital active electronically scanned arrays. This role requires a current Active Secret Clearance with future SAP eligibility and 5-8 years of experience in RF test equipment and digital subsystems.
