Job Summary
Create detailed candidate profiles by summarizing skills, experience, and fit for roles in logistics, industrial, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail. Match candidate aspirations to client job specifications for short-term and long-term staffing while monitoring diversity metrics and taking corrective actions. Provide positive candidate experiences through timely communication, gather feedback to implement recruitment improvements, and track time-to-fill metrics to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain client relationships to understand current and future priorities, and build pipelines of qualified candidates by promoting interests and discussing career path customization.
Required Qualifications
