Principal Specialist, Program Cost Controls

Provide effective financial administrative planning and control on large development programs by developing Performance Measurement Baselines and Contract Work Breakdown Structures. Analyze program cost and schedule performance to identify trends for corrective action, while preparing Estimates at Complete and supporting assigned program teams with monthly status updates. Lead teams through month-end processes, support risk assessment, and prepare monthly sales forecasts. Deliver Earned Value training and accommodate unexpected events to achieve critical deadlines. This onsite role in Cedar Rapids, IA, supports the Mission Systems team at Collins Aerospace, helping customers complete complex missions through intelligent solutions and secure communications.
