Job Summary
Program Cost Control Specialist to support the MBX development program within the NGJ portfolio. Responsibilities include preparing weekly and monthly financial reports, managing Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting, developing and analyzing Estimates at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE), conducting financial forecasting and variance analysis, generating and coordinating monthly IPMDAR external reporting and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables, performing cost and schedule control analysis to ensure EVMS compliance, preparing quarterly EACs with cost analysis, risks and opportunities, and generating Baseline Change Requests (BCR) and Schedule Work Authorizations (SWA). The role requires collaboration with program managers and functional stakeholders, ad hoc EAS program controls support, and a balance of on-site/hybrid work. The salary range is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The role is U.S.-based with a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or 3 years with advanced degree
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Estimates at Complete (EAC)
- Defense industry experience in program finance, including financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and program performance reporting
