Job Summary
Perform analytical techniques to analyze workforce data, identify trends, and patterns. Create detailed reports and dashboards for local stakeholders to inform decisions on performance and future needs. Develop and maintain complex data structures, configurations, and comprehensive documentation while conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with privacy requirements. Execute user testing scenarios to validate HR system updates and resolve complex data issues.
