Job Summary
Execute monthly and quarterly contract deliverables, manage inter-organizational transfers with partner business units to ensure proper funding levels and scope identification, and generate monthly financial forecasts for the portfolio in Rplan. Act as a trusted partner with program leadership to provide financial analysis and guidance for compliant cost collection while leading all facets of program controls reporting and executive-level briefings. Utilize SAP APEX, PRISM, and other earned value management tools to interpret large financial data sets within a matrixed organizational environment. This onsite role in Tucson, AZ, supports the Advanced Effectors & Space organization's development programs within the AET & IKCA Finance team.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen, U.S. Person, or Immigration Status Requirements: The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Active and existing security clearance required after day 1
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience
- Advanced degree in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience interpreting and/or analyzing large financial data sets
- Experience in organizing, preparing and/or presenting briefings to management and peers
- Experience with computer/Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- This position is classified as: Onsite
- Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite
